As part of the transportation team, Ben's daily challenge is balancing the needs of our customers with the schedules and time requirements of the carriers. After over 10 years managing a lawn care business and working as a laborer in various distribution centers, the biggest struggle Ben faced when joining Race-West was sitting still at his desk. Over five years later, Ben is more comfortable in a tie and office chair and loves the daily challenges he faces in transportation. When he leaves his desk, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Danielle, and their three children. He is also an avid snowboarder and loves playing and watching basketball.
